DCX-700 Combo Cell can accommodate Western Blotting or SDS PAGE with temperature control. Fits ClearPAGE Precast Gels or glass plate dimensions of either 10cm x 10cm or 10cm x 9cm(h). DCX-700 includes molded lower reservoir, core, 2 freezer blocks, 2 blotting cassettes, and safety cover with attached power leads. Handcasting components included are: two sets of Gel Wrap glass plates, 2 sets of Gel Wrap spacers (choice of 0.75mm, 1.0mm, or 1.5mm thicknesses), 2 combs (choice of 0.75mm, 1.0mm or 1.5mm thickness with 10, 14 or 16 wells), 2 Gel Wrap gaskets for sealing glass plate sandwich (choice of 0.75mm, 1.0mm and 1.5mm) and 6 casting clamps.
