MBV Ltd. was founded in 1985,. Today the company is a well established trading and manufacturing company specialized in the microbial monitoring of air.
With the wide range of air samplers we became the world leader in this field. The products are mainly used in industrial microbiology and bioanalytic.

In 1996 MBV Ltd. launched his own developed MAS-100? Microbiological Air Sampler.

This instrument is used to monitor and collect microbiological contamination in the air.
The microorganisms are trapped and after incubation counted on Standard Petri dishes.

Two more products have been developed for microbial air monitoring up to June 1999. The first was a special air sampler for Isolators and clean rooms. Called MAS-100 Iso?, this sampler was especially designed for fixed installation in very critical and sensible zones.

The second air sampler MAS-100 Eco?, was developed for the special needs of food and beverage companies. Today Coca-Cola and Nestlé are just an example of our pleased worldwide customers.

The newest product, the MAS-100 CG Ex?, is a microbiological sampler for the detection of microorganisms in compressed gas. For the time being it is the only, fully automatic and validated sampler.

The worldwide distribution and marketing is made by Merck KGaA in Darmstadt, Germany and in Europe VWR is responsible for the sales. In the US and Canada EM-Science has this responsibility.

The administration, the production and the service-center are lokated in St?fa near Zürich. We are close to our customers and are able to react quickly for individual requests.
