Technology:
The technology base of the organization is the experience of its staff scientists in the production and purification of a wide range of antibodies through monoclonal & polyclonal antibody techniques utilizing in vitro and in vivo methods. Our staff is also experienced in recombinant protein generation using bacterial, yeast and mammalian expression systems. Send us your gene(s) of interest and we will subclone into the appropriate expression vector, transform/transfect the appropriate system, express the protein in culture and purify the target protein to homogeneity.

Commercialization:
Rockland's antibodies are suited for individuals performing High Throughput Screening, Drug Discovery, diagnostic kit production and life science research. Primary antibodies include Apolipoproteins, Apoptosis/Cell Cycle, Cytokines, Cell Signaling, Enzymes, Extracellular Matrix, Transcription Factors (NFkB) and Ubiquitin. Secondary antibodies are conjugated to a broad range of enzymes, fluorphors and Magnetic Particles. ROCKLAND has the ability to custom produce antibodies as well as purify and conjugate them to your exact specifications.
