德國UNIEQUIP公司是一家具有三十年歷史的專業化實驗室產品制造公司，產品進入中國多年并已經擁有相當的用戶群，其中的一個常用產品—電子火焰滅菌器更是進入了國內上千家實驗室。UNIEQUIP公司的凍干機、離心濃縮系統、真空泵（水泵、油泵、隔膜泵）等產品在德國都屬頂尖品牌。
UniEquip LABORGER?TEBAU und VERTRIEBS GmbH, located in Martinsried, Munich, Germany, set up in 1975, is a famous manufacturer of equipment for molecular biology, genetics & biotechnology.

- UniEquip began operations in 1975 as an import company of US equipment to Germany, established in New York as an Incorporated Company, registered in the State of Delaware.
- For two years we focused on governments, clinical research departments and Max-Planck-Institutes. In that time we started with a private company "UniEquip Laborger?tevertrieb A.N.Kraupa".
- In 1980 we began manufacturing Laminar Flow Equipment for Tissue Culture and Industrial research.
- Up to that time, we continuously manufacture laboratory equipment under the company brand name UNI.
- In 1987 we started with export business to the Asian Countries.
- In 1990 UniEquip entered in the molecular biology business in order to support this young fast growing market with the needed equipment. The development of the new products was done together with the costumer.
- In 1991 UniEquip established a sales and service office in Leipzig, in fact both German countries were unified.
- In 1993 we moved the manufacturing plant from Martinsried/Munich to Freital/Dresden to grow up and support the economic situation in the new territories. In this area we found very well trained, high motivated engineers and technicians for the production plant. At the end of the year UniEquip changed from a private to a corporate company.
- During the past 17 years, UniEquip developed more activities in the new territories as all the years before in Germany. We are sharing the priority to reconstruct the old laboratories and to establish new technologies for the laboratory staff. In Martinsried, we manage the very powerful export business, especially in the Asian and East Europe countries, and follow the new market in South America, too. The new equipment range for molecular biological and genetic research supports our business in the EC countries and worldwide.

- This success confirmed our German technology and will motivate us to increase this level continuously. One of our important goals is to keep contact to researchers, to give them the right instrument for their new technology. Our worldwide contact shows us a lot of new perspectives.
