Biocore（Stockholm Stock Exchange Symbol：BCOR）是瑞典醫療器械著名的制造廠商，位于瑞典Uppsala，主要銷售生物醫學和藥物研發中蛋白-蛋白相互作用儀器和分析試劑。整合Biocore的資源將幫助GE Healthcare拓寬蛋白研究工具的市場產品覆蓋。

紐約2006年6月20日的消息，通用電氣醫療集團（GE Healthcare）通過其下屬部門GE Medical Holding AB宣布將以約瑞典克朗SEK29億（美元3億9千萬），收購Biacore International以擴充其蛋白研究領域。

GE Healthcare的CEO Joe Hogan表示“生物科學對于GE而言是一個重要的組成部門，而Biocore可以高度的補充和配合我們目前的蛋白科學產品，因此此次收購可以延伸GE診斷和早期治療領域。”

這一交易將以每股SEK330的Biacore收購開始，預期在7月10日至8月10日完成商討，Biacore董事局（包括最大的股東輝瑞(Pfizer)）已接收這一報價。
