雅培（Abbott Laboratories，臺灣譯為亞培），是美國上市公司（NYSE：ABT），也是一家有72000多人員工的跨國公司，總部在伊利諾伊州，成立于1888年。香港雅培寫字樓在炮臺山電氣道友邦廣場。

雅培以制藥、醫療器材與營養產品為主要事業，并在進行了幾次大型的事業并購。目前雅培將自己分為數個事業群：

動物健康：動物麻醉、醫療用液態動物食品與其他獸醫用品。

2009年3月30日，雅培公司以總額約28億美元的價格，完成了對眼力健公司（Advanced Medical Optics, Inc.）的要約收購。至此，眼力健成為雅培旗下的全資子公司，并更名為雅培醫療光學公司。

2009年9月28日?雅培將以45億歐元(約合66億美元)現金收購比利時化學品及制藥商蘇威集團(Solvay Group)的制藥部門Solvay Pharmaceuticals。還有3億歐元將在二零一一年至二零一三年期間支付。蘇威在聲明中表示，收購條件中還包括4億歐元的退休金。Solvay Pharmaceuticals在全球擁有9000名員工，2008年營收達到27億歐元。

2011年10月19日，雅培計劃分拆為品牌藥業務和多元化醫療用品兩家獨立的公開上市公司
