新型高效鋰離子電池電解液添加劑是時聯高純溶劑產品系列之一。安徽時聯建立有專門的技術研發團隊，致力于新型高效鋰離子電池電解液功能性添加劑的合成工藝、純化技術、作用機理的研究與開發，形成了以碳酸亞乙烯酯（VC)、碳酸乙烯亞乙酯（VEC)、硫酸乙烯酯（DTD)、亞硫酸乙烯酯（ES）、1，3—丙磺酸內酯（PS)、對氟甲苯為主的30余種新型高效鋰離子電池電解液功能性添加劑的規模化生產，不斷為廣大用戶提供著持續穩定的最高品質的功能性添加劑產品。

The "Eleventh Five-Year" National Technology Support Program had been applied to Fulltime's key projects - "demonstration of R & D and industrialization of application of the core reagent and intermediate for scientific research" and fully responsible for taking the R & D and industrialization of the organic and inorganic high-purity reagents of the projects on the 3rd year of "Eleventh Five-Year Plan".
