法國Cedip Infrared Systems    
Cedip 紅外系統公司是一家法國紅外相機及固定萬向節系統（stabilized gimbaled systems）供應商。Cedip公司成立于1989年，專為科研及安防市場提供冷中長波紅外相機，同時還為各種商業和政府應用飛機提供高性能固定萬向節系統。截止到2006年12月31日的財政年度，該公司營業收入近1820萬歐元，營業利潤近310萬歐元。
2007年9月14日，美國FLIR Systems公司宣布對Cedip紅外系統公司的控股協議。根據協議，Cedip公司控股人同意出售其股份給FLIR公司。由此，FLIR將掌握有該公司67.8%的股份，全部分攤后，每股為19歐元，整體資金為4140萬歐元。

本次收購對FLIR的科研相機市場來說意義重大。收購不僅增強了公司的國際銷售網絡，還引入了包括冷凍中波紅外相機在內的新產品及技術；同時FLIR在歐洲也擁有了重要的生產及技術基地。FLIR預計將通過整合銷售網絡、以及在部分Cedip產品中采用FLIR紅外傳感器等方式來降低產品成本。

另外，Cedip公司位于瑞典的Eskilstuna的Polytech分公司，專門生產中型、低成本、高穩定性的固定萬向節系統。Polytech的產品將擴大FLIR公司的固定多傳感器系統系列，使其在FLIR公司的產品在政府系統及商業視覺系統應用中具有增長優勢。

交接一旦完成，Cedip公司的紅外相機部門工作將并入FLIR的Thermography部門。而Polytech分公司將并入FLIR的政府系統（Government system）部門。
